Roasted Kid in the Oven

Ingredients:

  • 1 goat;
  • 2 heads of garlic;
  • Onions;
  • 5 cloves;
  • Laurel;
  • Parsley;
  • 1 lt. of white wine;
  • bacon shavings;
  • Oil

Preparation:

The day before, make a paste with crushed garlic, salt and paprika and spread it over the goat. The next day, cover the bottom of a baking dish with thickly sliced onion and place the goat on top. Pour over the wine and add the remaining ingredients. Place the bacon strips on top of the goat. Roast, preferably in a wood-fired oven. Serve with quartered roast potatoes.
